Understanding Disordered Eating in Adults

"I found the information was very surprising and useful. I found the information regarding diversity particularly useful because I never considered the impact of this before."
"It was so useful to hear Katherine's lived experience and she gave such valuable insight on how to talk about eating disorders with people who are suffering which I really appreciated."
